Suggested use:
Take 2 pumps at a time, by mouth, hold 30 seconds or more and swallow. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare provider. Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. May be stirred into a small amount of water.
Once opened, use within 60 days. Store at room temperature.

This is such a good product. I take it almost everyday. It is super well absorbed by the body. I feel vibrant and sharp all the time when I take it regularly.
