Vitamin C is essential for my immune health and this product has been exceptional. I’ve tried capsules and powders but liquid C starts to work as soon as it’s taken. I take it the first thing in the morning to start my day (to be consistent). I’ve been using this particular brand for the past 3 years (during shelter in place) along with other immune supplements, healthy food selections and exercise. It has kept me from getting sickly or having any type of invasive cold. I have recommended this to family and friends.

I never liked gel-caps they are difficult to swallow and difficult to digest. This is a liquid so it’s so easy to take a spoonful. I wake up less achy and tired since I started using this product. Please try it for yourself.
