Every purchase - at the NaturalHealth365 Store – is covered by our 30-day unconditional money back guarantee. To return an item(s) – YOU MUST SEND US AN EMAIL before shipping the item(s) back to us.
We will make every effort to respond to every email with 24 hours - Monday to Friday. You can reach our customer support – by filling out the contact form.
Contact customer service - within 30 days of the shipment date - to receive a ‘return authorization number’ and specific return instructions. If you do NOT get a response (by email) to your email - within 24 hours - it is safe to assume that your email was not received, and you should attempt to email us again.
NaturalHealth365 Store - Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it for a full refund – less any related shipping charges. Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund.
Customer is responsible for shipping any unwanted product back to us. Please see our ‘return procedure’ below.
IF YOU DON'T USE THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE (below) FOR RETURNS, OUR RECEIVING DEPARTMENT WILL HAVE TO REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT AND IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU.
Return Procedure --- How to Return a Product
A "Return Authorization Number" (RA#) MUST be obtained before returning any item to us. Contact Us - for your "RA#".
Once you receive your RA# - please write the RA# on the outside of the box - in CLEAR BOLD writing.
Failure to do so may result in the box being returned to you unopened, or delays in processing your refund.

Whatever the return, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us. We highly recommend purchasing a delivery confirmation for your package, and that you take note of the tracking number your return package is assigned by the post office or UPS.
NaturalHealth365 Store is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
The NaturalHealth365 Store is not responsible for Lost/Stolen/Misrouted/Not Received/Customs Captured International packages. If such a misfortune occurs, for our part, we will file claims with the shipper - on your behalf.
If an undelivered package is returned to us, you can choose to: 1. Receive a refund for the items bought (minus the initial shipping fee) or 2. We can collect another shipping payment from you and attempt to reship the items that were returned to us.
ATTENTION International Customers
If you refuse to accept your package at Customs - due to high Customs fees or any other reason - we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via another carrier. The package will be abandoned at Customs.
If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee and shipping the package back to us. As such, once the package is received back to our shipping department, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge (if you haven't paid it yet) to send the package back to us.
The NaturalHealth365 Store is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at Customs. If Customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from Customs, we can issue you a refund for the products in your order - only if we receive the package back and if the contents are in sellable condition.
In the event the package is not returned to us by Customs or is lost in transit, we cannot issue you a refund. We are not responsible for paying for the package to be returned to us or for reimbursing the customer for that cost.
