Vitamin K2 is a series of molecules known as menaquinones. The most common and well-studied of the menaquinones is MK-4. Thorne's vitamin K2 is MK-4 and is derived from bacterial fermentation; thus, there is no soy in the product.

This is a potent supplement, 2-3 drops once or twice a day will get your levels up if they're down. Especially in the North when the temperatures plummet to the point where being outside in the sun is very limited. You need a level of 50 or better to ward off 'bugs' that can ruin your day (or your life).
